Ma Cobb's Hat Shoppe

All of my Jayne hats are made with vibrant and soft 100% acrylic yarn of various brands. Hats are knit in a smoke-free, rabbit-friendly home.  Any special requests for custom yarns, colours or sizes can be made! I'm always happy to accomodate! Just email me at: fadingendlessly[at]gmail[dot]com.

In the future I do plan to add hats made of natural fibres (wool etc) for those that prefer it, so keep your eyes peeled. Or you can email me your custom request!

My hats  are knit loosely and have lots of stretch. They fit most average head sizes. Any special size requests can also be accomodated, just email and ask! I have knit quite a few extra larage Jayne hats, so it really is no trouble. It seems like the Browncoat community has larger-than-average heads!

I've also knit quite a few baby-sized Jayne hats, so if you're looking for a hat for a baby Jayne-in-training, just let me know. Prices for baby Jayne hats are the same as for adult hats, just let me know the approximate baby head size and/or age (months or years), etc.

Jayne hats make great gifts for Browncoats!  If you're giving the hat as a gift for an extra $4 you can "assemble" the final package yourself (so the box doesn't get all beat-up in the mail). Gift kits include an unfolded hand-stamped Blue Sun gift box, a Firefly-themed gift-tag, a note from Ma Cobb and straw (along with a few other pretties), all wrapped up in a nice big bubble envelope. I will send you everything you need for the perfect gift for that Browncoat in your life!

As there's been some confusion, please read carefully: Gift kits are meant to be purchased and sent to the the GIFT-GIVER, and NOT to the GIFT-RECIEVER. The gift-giver purchases the hat and then assembles the final product in order to then give it to someone else as a gift. Gift kits are not meant to be mailed directly to the recipient of the gift (that can be done with the regular Jayne hat in my shoppe).

Please let me know if you're giving the gift to someone in your household and I will make sure that the outside of the package is as non-descript as possible and doesn't hint at what is inside. ;)
